I have gone to spencer for years and hes been great, lil pricey n slower but very good at what he does. However this is my first and last year with the new owner. Who works 3 days a week doesnt answer the phone and is extremely slow. Has had my taxes for 2 weeks and apperently might get to it next week. Absolutely not happy with the service. Recommend going elsewhere.
