Anybody who needs help with trauma ,anxiety and feels like they could do with a better relaxing life Karen is perfect person to visit and is very understanding and very very good at what she does depending on how you are feeling or any traumas and upside life experiences that you need help with. I highly recommend the packages Karen has to offer and very much so helped me 10/10
I went to see Karen for some EFT and Matrix, for low self esteem, and I was amazed at how different I felt just after one session, and still feel the benefits 3 weeks later. Time for me Holistic Therapies is in a beautiful peaceful secluded summer house in a garden with another cabin for treatments like massage and reiki. I felt very relaxed and welcome, and Karen was very professional and caring towards her clients. Thank you Karen
A lovely experience! Karen is such a lovely welcoming lady and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The Reiki therapy was wonderful, so relaxing…I wasn’t 100% sure what to expect but I will definitely be back to Karen for another session!
