Since moving to Ottawa and discovering this place, I have gone at least twice a month. I always leave feeling amazing and you cannot beat the price.
This is a pretty shady place, 1. They did not mention in the beginning but when you pay for the service and ask for insurance receipt they demand you to pay $20 more. 2. My masseuse was blowing her nose a couple times during the session and i can feel that she just threw the tissue on top my back over the cover which is nasty and she doesn't even wash her hands after blowing her nose and before continuing the session. 3. My friend and I went to get a massage package. My masseuse lady went to the washroom for at least 5 minutes during the massage session. She came back and didn’t extend the time I lost during her washroom break. Very sore shoulders in the next hour (I chose the relaxation massage, not a deep tissue massage). I tried to communicate but I guess there’s a language barrier there. I personally won't go back there again. Very disappointed.
Usually a very good experience, but for the first time it was rushed and incomplete. Not happy with the massage this time at all.
