I called to try to refinance my loan because it was an emergency and they were so helpful to getting me as close as possible to what I needed. The customer service is great and I never have an issue with getting someone on the phone to speak about my account or any concerns. Paid off my loan and kept waiting for my title to come in the mail. Finally called a month after paying off the loan and was told my title was thrown away. It has now been three months since I paid it off and all I’ve gotten is the run around from both managers. They keep telling me the title has been requested but the DMV has confirmed it has not been, and no one at the home office in Greenville will answer the phone or return my messages. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.
Hi I went in for a personal loan today and I had the best service in the world. I work in customer service all my life and I have to say everyone was on point. I was greeted with a hello and the person that help me was a very nice young man, so respectful and great customer service. I will be back and I’m going recommend my god daughter to come to get a loan.
