In looking for a new tax preparer during 2024, I decided to try Time Advantage for my 2023 sole prop taxes. The first thing I noted was the communication. Overall, it was not good and I had to follow up to get responses several times. I understand people are busy and things get over looked, but this seemed to happen often.
