In looking for a new tax preparer during 2024, I decided to try Time Advantage for my 2023 sole prop taxes. The first thing I noted was the communication. Overall, it was not good and I had to follow up to get responses several times. I understand people are busy and things get over looked, but this seemed to happen often. The only place I'll go for my taxes. They have an online portale to submit all your tax stuff and any time I've called to ask questions, they have been amazing and are very knowledgeable.
