very poor service until you complain or threaten to dispute your cc he will just jerk you around
Extremely poor service! My items were shipped based on the USPS tracking, however they were never delivered. USPS returned to sender without attempting to deliver to me. I asked for a refund, they refused, and out of nowhere Time 2 Shine then very rudely accused me of lying and banned me from ordering via my credit card or IP address. I filed a complaint via my credit card and was able to get a refund that way. Honestly who treats customers this poorly!? Time 2 Shine that’s who. Stay away!

This guy places orders online, receives them, and then files chargebacks with his CC company to receive free products. Stop trying to bash our business online. I can also post all of our email correspondence with date/time stamps, tracking numbers, and more. Stop it.
