Placed an order Nov 5th. Simple parts. Received a false tracking number. *** claims they never received anything. These guys claim my order is shipped. Obviously a lie. I tried chatting and emailing about my order status. All I got was excuses and now its Dec 6th and Ive got nothing! No parts. No communication. No refund. Disputed charges with my bank and will never do business them again. Read all the reviews online. Mostly bad. I got scammed $100.
Awesome Bike Shop! About 7 minutes outside of ************! This shop is incredible as it is loaded with ********* completes and parts from just about every brand you can think of! I spent about 30 mins in here, just looking at all the stuff they have on display! Highly recommend this shop!
Time 2 Shine has always come through for me. I've bought several compete bikes as well as parts for custom builds. **** has always answered any and all questions I've had no matter how small. Time 2 Shine is always my first stop when I'm looking for the perfect part to keep my factory dad status in good standing!

Ordered a new set of wheels after turning pro in bmx racing. The communication was on point, he had everything in stock and started building my wheels before my payment was made. Class act and one heck of a business to deal with!
This company had some hiccups during the covid bike shortage, but they went way out of their way to help me out as a noob who didn’t have a clue what I was buying. They personally contacted me to clarify my order and made some recommendations before sending it out. Then they were patient with me as I knit picked over colors and exchanged some parts. Will buy from them again and would recommend.
Great Customer Service. Smith is one of my favorite employees. Parts arrived on time. They always have what nobody else does in stock.
