We had a screen door installed by this company. I informed them that we needed a retractable screen door since the current screen door that we had was malfunctioning and would not close when children came in and went out via the door. I specifically pointed that we needed a door that would close after opening. To my astonishment, when the installer completed the job, he showed me the door and the 1st thing I noticed was that the door retracted to an open position and not a closed position.
