RecommendedThe staff have taken care of my Grandpa for over 8 years. They do their best to take care of all of the residents and provide an excellent place for them to live.
This place has gone downhill. The staff yells at the residents and has no concern for the well being of the little residents there. It used to not be this way but a lot of things have Changed. I moved my family member out of here because they was not giving her the care and support she needed.
RecommendedI am so happy we found this place for my mom. The staff members are kind, caring and friendly. The facility is very clean, the food is wonderful, and they offer a lot of fun and different activities to the residents. I was the hold out in my family... I didn’t want to put my mom in assisted living. I looked for other solutions, and there weren’t many good ones since my mom needs 24 hour care. This place is awesome! From Michael Brown to Ty to the lovely ladies who look after my Dad in the memory care unit. These people genuinely care for the residents there and their families. It is very clean, warm and inviting. The food is good and the activities are great. I went to my first family night in November. It was wonderful. Love this place and all the great people at the community
The Director, Michelle Carter is the BEST director this company has! I worked under her several months when she filled in at the community where I worked. She is professional, very wise, hard working, good at team building, and loves the residents! Can't say enough good things about her!
