This place has gone downhill. The staff yells at the residents and has no concern for the well being of the little residents there. It used to not be this way but a lot of things have Changed. I moved my family member out of here because they was not giving her the care and support she needed.
This place is awesome! From Michael Brown to Ty to the lovely ladies who look after my Dad in the memory care unit. These people genuinely care for the residents there and their families. It is very clean, warm and inviting. The food is good and the activities are great. I went to my first family night in November. It was wonderful. Everyone was relaxed, smiling and having a good time. I can't wait to go again! Yesterday they had a musical group and I danced with one a gentleman and Dad dance with one of the ladies.
