I measured my female dog behind her legs and she is 15 inches. So naturally i ordered the 14-inches to 22-inches harness. Upon receiving the harness, it was too big on her. This will not fit a 14 inch or 15 inch dog and i measured my dog right behind her legs. This would be too big for those sized dogs. This will probably fit a 16 inch to a 24 inch dog?
