Just an edit to add in case anyone else is dealing with this with Timberwalk. Timberwalk refusing to allow my father to return after his hospital stay was an illegal eviction. They can’t say no to a tenant returning. Even if his care needs increased and they feel they can’t provide the care, there is an obligation on their part to make sure he had a suitable place to go. To say I’m disappointed in them would be an understatement. We came here and they talked everything up. Always saying my father’s needs could be met and not to worry. My father stayed here a total of 2 nights and we spent over $60,000 for them to reject him returning and not even call me to tell me. Turns out my father was just about the money.
