To say I’m disappointed in them would be an understatement. We came here and they talked everything up. Always saying my father’s needs could be met and not to worry. My father stayed here a total of 2 nights and we spent over $60,000 for them to reject him returning and not even call me to tell me. Turns out my father was just about the money. My parents enjoy their unit, staff, accommodation and especially the care that is offered. When they are unwell, the staff is excellent in attending to all their needs. It is also easy for the family to be involved in their care. Highly recommended.
Timberwalk is a wonderfully caring and supportive community. The suites are beautiful and the staff is top notch. We would highly recommend Timberwalk to anyone seeking a retirement community for themselves or a loved one. Ian and Cathy Smith
