They talk a good game but in the end only cared about our money. While I have settled with them and had to agree to no longer share the details of what happened. If you decide to come here or to bring your loved one here, please be aware of your rights and if needed get outside help to advocate for those rights.
My husband moved into Timberwalk I August 2025 and the change in him is amazing. He is on the assisted living floor. He is more social, attends the activities (even though he thought he wouldn’t) and is enjoying them. He has made friends and likes everything about the place. The General Manager, Nancy Brideau, and all the staff are amazing. They take such good care of all the people in there. My parents moved to Timberwalk in independent living. Unfortunately my Dad died and my Mum moved to assisted living on the 3rd floor. The care was amazing. The staff were awesome. Activities are well done and frequent. My Mums health declined and she moved to the second floor memory care. Again the staff were excellent. She was involved in activities on a daily basis. They went on outings and even went swimming weekly which she loved. The staff were very responsive to family questions and concerns.
to be updated with a lengthy few paragraphs with my reasons. this place is falling apart and short staffed and the management can't even reply to an email. seriously I was having issues and emailed the GM. *crickets* and did I mention the staff turn over rate? huge. sticky floors. sticky chairs. psws who act like they know better than family. tell residents to stop talking when they can't help it (they're in memory care). and a medication mess up. literally didn't give my mom meds for two weeks that were ordered by the Docto... read more
This place is trash, dirty, sticky and understaffed, just a money grab.
