We bought the Custom Craft Plantation Shutters after all options were clearly explained to us by Jared. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the Shutters. The service was exceptional, and Damian the installer was terrific, and installed the Shutters with care to ensure that they looked amazing and functioned perfectly. We'll be ordering from Timbershades again next time we need Plantation Shutters.
Very pleased with the shutters (most important) and the service. Ordering was easy - Jared came and measured up. The waiting for installation was a while but they had to be made up in China. When they arrived, Daniel came to install, did the job and we were very happy with the results - easy to use, look great and let the view shine or not with the weather.
Excellent and professional service from start to finish. We needed a plantation shutter for our walk in robe skylight and appreciated how quickly the team got working on measuring and ordering the product for us. The motorized shutters are so quiet! The installation was incredibly smooth and Damien was very thorough.
