THEY WORK WITH THE IRS!!! BEWARE. I started with timberline taxes to take care of unpaid taxes. They advertise being on the customers side and being non-judgmental. The entire time I was working with my enrolled agent (Joseph Stroup) I felt that I was being judged (often times him telling me "you got to pay your taxes"; or "you're the one who didn't pay your taxes for ten years"...... very very judgmental....and he was managing things that were in the IRS's favor opposed to me his customer. Sam Noshirvan and Melissa Humdy are working very hard to get my tax problem taken care of. I really appreciate their help I received a letter from the IRS saying I owed them $22,000.00. I called one of my brothers and when speaking to him We realize that I had done my income tax wrong. He helped me do amended form and I mailed that in.
