Adam and Jordan have truly been amazing from the very beginning. All of these other companies lie to people about what they are able to do with the IRS, but in reality there is nothing they can do. What really stood out is that he provided this information freely—no pressure, no hidden fees, just genuine help. Because of their honesty and professionalism, I was able to contact the IRS and get the issue corrected. That kind of integrity is rare these days. If you’re looking for a tax company that truly looks out for your best interest, I highly recommend them!
The Timberline Tax Group is great!! I had some serious tax issues. I had unfiled taxes, late payments and penalties. Timberline guided me through the whole process. My Agent and Case Manager, Galen Faris and Tiffany Lutz respectively were talented, well informed and stayed in communication with me. When you are in a dire situation with the IRS, communication and accuracy are the most important factors for your team to have. I would highly recommend Timberline Tax Group.
I had a very disappointing experience with Timberline Tax Group. I paid over $6,000 for IRS representation services, but little to no meaningful work was completed on my case. Communication was poor, and expectations set during the sales process were not met. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
