helped me with scoot boots I already had and then took the time to help me figure out equine fusion boots. Has a great try on program, where she can send shells so you know your boots will fit when you get them. My horse loves his new equine fusions
Karen has been a game changer in the transitioning from shoes to barefoot for my grade 1 club foot horse!!! She has went above and beyond with her expertise in fitting, but just over all knowledge of preparing, fitting, and break in of the transition!!! She is ALWAYS quick to respond to my questions!!! Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced! Karen went out of her way to help me and my boots arrived a day early. I have never used boots, so I was worried about getting the right size. She helped me measure, sent out different sized shells for me to try and together (mostly her) we got the right size for Yahtzee! Quick and painless ordering and speedy helpful replies. I will be ordering again and Yahtzee will tell all his friends!
Karen's scoot boot fitting process is painless and saves so much stress and uncertainty when ordering! My horses will always wear scoots and I'll always order through Karen!
