If I could make this zero, I would! They transported my wife from Show Low to Mesa. They gave her the oxygen hose, but failed to turn on the cylinder until Payson!!!!!!! In addition, the driver played music so liyd he wouldn't have heard my wife if she was in distress. There was supposed to be medical staff accompanying my wife, but it was just a untrained driver!!!!!! This company needs serious improvement!
