Love working with Emily! Excellent at finding knots/trigger points and working through them. Open to trying different techniques, based on how my body previously responded. Can’t recommend highly enough!
I came to my massage appointment stiff and sore and left feeling so much better. Katee always asks if I am feeling discomfort anywhere and often explains why she focuses on a particular area. She always finishes with some stretching recommendations. Today, I received a special bonus when she gently massaged my neck after a recent surgery.
I've been seeing Katee for monthly massages for quite some time now and I cannot recommend her highly enough for sports massage. Her skill and expertise in massage therapy are truly exceptional! Easy parking, clean and comfortable. Thank you Katee!
