Employees lied to the owner. When they shut down my car. Because I was late on my payment. Only I wasn't.the owner called me. When the truth came out. Now I've paided off the car. I sold it, I was paided. I think it's about 6 attempts to get the title. The family wants there money back. Timberline has had weeks..
Like so many people have stated on here it doesn't matter how many on time payments you make or even if you contact them and tell them your situation and make arrangements, they treat you like garbage and still disconnect your car leaving you afoot with no way to work or to take care of your family....Kami is a lying cunt
Completely unprofessional. After being a loyal customer for 7 years, all it took was falling behind on ONE payment, during a global pandemic for my account manager to harass me with several emails, basically telling me how incompetent I am, accusing me (A 26 year old single mom) of manipulating mechanics on my vehicle, and refusing to work with me.
