We rented from Timberline yesterday and the customer service was top notch. It was by far the best customer service we've ever had at any rental franchise Also the price was 25% lower than Enterprise. We rented a newer Chevy Malibu and it was more than sufficient. Highly recommend anyone renting a vehicle to check this place out. We will absolutely use them each and every time we need a rental. Much thanks to them for going "the extra mile"
Got vehicle towed, from your location. After your company refused collections of any personal property to me.. I rented 20 times when my cat was down. I always filled it up prior to return. Clean everything also.. Look check facts. Rental guy refused any of my stuff without the full 370. I think for the tow.. the cars not even mine the belongings are. All nes presents trip clothes and shoes watches tech stuff...
Dean took good care of us when we needed a rental, highly recommend these guys!
