Staffs are super nice. Much better service than bigger banks
Banked here for a long time had a couple issues that got cleared up on my end as far as closing my business and personal accounts here then reopened a personal account here don't do anything but deposit funds here and transfer to other accounts to pay bills etc here recently I get a hold put on a payment from a regular client don't know who Andrew is but he has my thanks giving all jacked up I'll be stepping away from here asap thanks to the original crew for there great efforts
We had a tricky issue to solve, and Kassadee provided an excellent customer service experience with a seamless and quick resolution. We've had bad customer service with banks before with issues such as simple address changes, but Timberline has always been great. We still use them even though we've moved from the area!
I had a complicated business account to open with a trust and the team at Tinberline really helped me. I even learned about some banking products I never heard of. They are great!
