Amazing service by Tyler this morning at DFO South Whalf Timberland. I tried on a pair of shoes and they were perfect style and fit for me, however not in my desired colour. Tyler looked and found a pair in Brisbane (the last pair in Australia). Tyler advised that they would ship.them to me.at no.extra cost! He then gave me a coupon for 50% off the DFO carparki. Wow... Such exceptional service!!! Thank you.

It was an exceptional shopping experience, and I would like to commend Luke for his outstanding service and friendly demeanor.
A friend and I were looking at a hip/cross body bag for $80 -25%. A staff member double checked and confirmed the discounted price of $59.99. We told him that we'll fetch a couple of things from the chemist and will be back for the bag in 10mins. We came back for the bag less than 10mins later and a different staff member was just getting started removing the discount signage.
