I ordered a pair of steel toe boots for an in-store pick up because I needed them immediately and the website said they were in-stock, thinking im doing myself a favor only to drive all the way to Anarundel mills mall just to be to be informed it's not in stock and I can't swap or return unless the item is in the store, now I can understand if it was delivered to my home and im bringing it in to return but instead it was shipped to the store, change your policies and stop making your employees look bad.
The quality that I was looking for. Big assortment of footwear of high quality at this store. Prices affordable especially during sales periods. I already have 4 different shoes and boots. I was happy to buy 3 of them with 30-40% discounts on Black Fridays and in Marshall. The trademark that you love from the first time.
