The staff member who helped me was very kind, attentive, and helpful. She warmly greeted me, was knowledgeable, and was very patient despite her shift almost being over. She definitely put my needs ahead of her own. Her coworker was also very inviting, learned, and willing to help. The Timberland store at Grove City Outlets treats their customers like royalty.
They don't carry what the website says they do! I drove an hour away to get metatarsal work boots and they don't stalk them!
Found a pair of boots online said available at store. So we drove an hour and come to find out they did not have it in store nor could get it.
