had a very disappointing experience at the Timberland Outlet in Camarillo. Sales associate Jill ( I believe writes like this ) When we first walked in, I asked an associate if they had a specific pair of boots. Without checking, she immediately replied, “No, those are winter boots, so we don’t have them.” I then asked if they had anything similar, and she again said no because they were “winter boots.” When I asked one more time if there was another style that looked similar, she sarcastically responded, loud enough for the ... read more
