Edwin was wonderfully welcoming and engaging. Found a pair of shoes for my husband; however, needed larger size not available in store. Nice products.

This Timberland Outlet store has a large shoe selection and some clothing. It is nicely laid out, customer service is good. Their regular pricing is nothing special, I wouldn't really waste my time coming here when they don't have sales. But their big Holiday sales can be great, making pricing very good. Even better is the end of season clearance when they have it, especially during their big sales. If you love Timberland, you will like this store.

I was needing to find shoes with a safety toe that fit well. The shoes that I had ordered online did not fit well, but I needed the right shoe. mitch was able to provide me with really excellent support and service and helped me find the right shoe! Mitch made sure that the feel, fit and look was what I was looking for. I was extremely grateful for Mitch's help and professionalism.
