Great location for a great shop with excellent products; however, what really set it apart was the fantastic service I received from Ian, the store manager, and his regional manager, who ensured I got the best results in a difficult situation.
I recently purchased a leather belt from Timberland. However 10 weeks later, part of the leather belt guide broke. I returned to the Karrinyup store to get it replaced or at least get my money back. Unfortunately they didn't have the same belt on hand, therefore company policy won't do anything for you if it's after 30 days. My only choice was to buy a belt over twice the price and have the original amount deducted. Since Company Policy governs customer service, customer service is disgraceful.
