I did a online purchase for a kaki pants form Online store, the product was delivered by chadstone store, but the did not remove the security tag, and I live very remote, now it’s is a painful issue, as a customer I am not happy
Edit: Followed up with the owner from the comments and the customer service made it prohibitively difficult to request a refund, I also checked other similar comments and it seems that it has been a customer practice to engage in doggy refund process, avoid at all costs. ----- Original: Seemingly good quality store but was a rather disappointing purchase.
