Extremely Disappointed with Timberland’s Quality and Service I ordered a pair of shoes from Timberland and received an email the next day saying that the shoes I purchased weren’t actually in stock, and that I would be refunded within 3–5 business days. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
