Amazing customer service at this Bank
So I called the bank and explained to them about my uncle's estate and the need to look for accounts. He was very secretive about his finances and we are in search for his accounts so we can close out the account. Instead of talking to us and working with us and our lawyer, they call our 83 year old father and stress out our 77 year old mother. Great ladies
I became familiar with Timberland Bank when I had to get smaller bills from my cash withdrawal from BECU. They were extremely helpful and friendly so when my husband and I needed a new joint checking account we chose Timberland. We set up our account with Louise at the Pacific Avenue location. We were both very impressed with her professionalism, alacrity, and warmth. Every employee at both branches are stellar and we’re very happy with our alignment with Timberland.
