Most of the people there are nice, most.
Yet again - underwhelming service. Why would a bank offer bill pay service and then not allow you to add payees? Fantastic question. One I might be able to answer if their customer service was available after 5 pm or before 9 am so I could contact them when I wasn't at work. People at the branch are very nice - but technical functionality is severly lacking.

I've been with Timberland Bank for about 20 yrs. Always been very helpful,very polite and have helped me whenever there has been an issue. Plus they have coffee and flavored coffee!!! :) Its a home town type of feeling Bank and thats a good thing.
