Recommended10/10 Customer Service. The gal who helped us (hard to say which one because of the COVID mask and all. Dark hair possibly in small pigtail buns) was amazing. Not only did she notice we had our two kids in the car she noticed we had our pup with us. She sent candy for the kiddos and a dog treat for our pup back in the bank tube with my check. Thank you again. ❤

Terrible customer service
Do not use Timberland Bank for a home loan. They screwed things up for the buyers of our home. I learned that they do not have their own in-house underwriting, used an appraiser that made too many mistakes and won't consider an amended appraisal to correct his mistake even though the appraiser agreed to correct it, and waited until days before closing to decide not to fund the loan; causing our buyers to have to start over with another institution that does their own in-house underwriting and will take an amended/corrected a... read more
