Always friendly and helpful. Banked here over 10 years and never an issue.
The staff was very helpful in notarizing documents needed after a life-changing event. And making sure that all the documents wouldn't have issue at the receiving end. They were exceptionally pleasant and helpful in a high stress time. If all their branches are this way USBank corp has some competition growing in the PNW.
I have two banking accounts that I trust with my finances with and by far the people at Timberland demonstrate a truly friendly and professional atmosphere. I have been with them for over three years and it always feels like my first time. A special thank you to Ms. Ashley for always having a smile and positive attitude...and the lollipops helps also!
The staff at this bank are extremely friendly and kind. This is the customer service of when I was young. I'm 76 and they are so patient.
