We opened an account at the Hawk’s Prairie Branch when we moved to WA 14 or so years ago. They were super friendly and got us all set up in no time. (I still have the barbecue set.) Three years ago, they were there for me, helping set up changes after my husband’s death, and whether I walk in or use the drive-through, I always feel welcome. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Great initial experience. I was treated like an old friend.
Extremely rude, slow, judgmental staff. I watched them purposefully not let someone in for a few minutes because they were Hispanic. This place needs to do better.
They were rude, slow and did not give me the balance on my deposit even though I asked for it I have had this problem with other locations. I may be closing my account
