From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly and taken of by Tilay. She helped me decide on some hiking boots that I needed and was incredibly gracious, kind, and patient (which was greatly appreciated). From start to finish, she was amazing. Store manager, Will was also exceptionally kind and helpful. I had run into an account issue which he handled with ease. This is a great store with great staff members. 10/10 would recommend.
