Came in to get my son his first pair of O.G. Timberlands, and Chase made it a whole experience. He was cool and welcoming from the moment we walked in, hooked us up with the customization, and even took the time to teach my son how to lace his Timbs the right way — that small touch really stuck with us. No rushing, no fake energy, just genuine care and top-tier service. If you’re pulling up to this store, ask for Chase. He’s gonna take care of you. Had to get myself something too. 3-eye boat shoes 🩷

Customer service was phenomenal, the nice tall gentleman helped me select just the right timberlands and did a perfect job engraving. I’m from FL and didn’t want to carry these back in my bag. I entrusted them to ship my ALMOST $300 order back to my address for free. I’m Proud to say, they came through big time!

Let me start by saying this location is very unique If you want timbs that you won’t see on everyone this is the spot! Plus they are the only location that has a dope customization area run by the talented Chase!
