I ordered 2 pair of boots and had them delivered there. I picked them up. The only problem is finding their location.
I received Timberland boots for Christmas from a family member and soon after wore them to work. They have already started falling apart badly and hurting my feet. I contacted customer service and explained they were a gift and I didn't want to upset the family member who purchased them for me. They told me there's nothing they would do. We were about to buy a new pair of Tims for my husband. The sales lady was nice enough to tell us that we could have brought back my husband's old 30 year old Timberland boots to get 20% off. We will do this. We can afford the boots full price, but we cheap. 😆. Just cuz we are retired young, we still love great bargains.
