Travelled all this way to exchange some shoes I bought online and they couldn’t even bother to update their operating hours
The manager Rachael (Pitt St.Sydney)was amazing ,she was so helpful with a return, nothing better than getting personal service, I got nowhere with the emails I sent to Timberland , no phone no. to speak to a real person. Thank you Rachael and staff, highly recommend your store , 10 stars . Julie and Stefan.
Great store with a good selection of old and new styles.. With good service, nice enough to give a 5% discount just for asking 😁
