Tim was fantastic i just went to have alook but walked out with 3 pairs of shoes ,jumper and a shirt !! Outstanding customer service from him 10/10
As a very anxious shopper, I was so comforted and relieved by the beautiful young woman, with long black hair, who complimented my piercings. She was able to help me find exactly what I needed, whilst being so friendly and approachable! Loved her! And will return to this specific store.

On Friday I visited the Timberland Harbour Town store and was assisted by Alyssa. Even though this was a small purchase Alyssa suggested some options and with her help, I ended up purchasing two items (though small) instead of one!!
