I have gone to Timberlake PT twice in the past year. One time for my knee, I saw Gary, and the other time was for my lower back, and I worked with Adam. Both of the therapists were very kind and took the time to properly evaluate my situation before coming up with a treatment plan. My lower L leg hurt so bad I thought I had stress fracture. Dr said sciatica. Started Pt @ Timberlake PT in Spirit Lake. Never having Pt before I have to say the results have been amazing! No more pain! The exercises for sciatica also helped other issues. It's been great having pain relief. I highly recommend Adam @ Timberlake PT!
I have had lower back pain most of my adult life. I have visited Chiropractors and Doctors and specialists. I have received injections of steroids and had an Ablation and have taken a lot of painkillers, including strong ones that some people become addicted to. Nothing gave me more than temporary relief. After years of military medicine and VA Care, it's nice to have people like Adam and his staff that are willing to help you and genuinely care about your PT plan and quality of life. My pain is caused by arthritis, but becoming more mobile, limber and getting my body back in alignment has definitely improved my life and my mood.
