My sister is a resident of Timberhill for a little more than 3 years. It's an excellent place for loved ones. Security is something they take very seriously. Residents and visitors sign in and out when leaving and returning back to the Villa. Monica does a great job and makes sure residents who have dementia don't leave on their own unless accompanied by someone responsible. I definitely recommend Timberhill villa for anyone needing assisted living.

To many bugs in the building. The trash cans are to close to building. The yard is horrible maintained. Only two washers in the 4 floors of building. I like living her , however the build itself needs a lot of work. Only one cook and the waiting time is about 30 minutes. Only have 1 hour to and then the staff turns the light on and off, for us to leave, the dinning area.

This is a great place for our sister who needed to enjoy her senior years with less work and more fun. It’s affordable, secure; the dining area is awesome, apts are cleaned weekly, and the staff love their jobs and the residents. Melissa in activities keeps residents busy. They provide live entertainment, weekly movie times and Bingo, Bingo, Bingo! We really appreciate everything they provide our loved one.

Our 95 year old cousin has been at Timberhill for almost 2 years, and we love it! The office staff is very helpful and caring, as well as the kitchen staff, maintenance, and housekeeping workers. Our cousin is very happy with the quality of food, and enjoys speaking with other residents at mealtimes. Any maintenance problems (which have been very few, by the way) were taken care of promptly. My brother in law enjoys living at the Timberhill Villas. The staff is friendly and professional. The fact that our relative says he enjoys his stay and the activities at this residence, reassures our family of his happiness. We recommend the Timberhill Villas for families seeking a future Senior residence for their love one!
