Too expensive for the space, size, and hassle. The 3 bed units are just the 2 bed units with one room split in half by a wall.... which feels like a scam when you cant even fit a full size bed or desk in your room. The place is constantly vandalized and they have a tow company stalking everyone's vehicles what feels like once a week to the point it feels creepy when nobody even called them, they just have permission to harass the tenants personal spaces. Website is screwed up. Cant get a hold of anyone. Wasted time on an application to boot. Now Im seeing reviews on the parking situations. Im glad I skipped this place…

I have had absolutely no issues with this company, they helped me get into these apartments when little to no one else would, they went to bat for me and continue to be helpful and professional. someone is broke or not working--maintenance is on it. I have questions ---office team is very quick to get back to me with answers. parking kind of sucks but they usually are with apartments lol Id recommend these townhouses to anyone.

The Parking is absolutely horrendous!! If you don't get to the apartments before dark Goodluck trying to find a decent parking spot or a parking spot. And of course you can't just park on the side because guess what you will get towed. You have better luck parking in a neighborhood near the apartments then parking in the apartment complex 🙄. I could go on and on about how parking is bad and how it could be fixed but I won't. If you want to live here........think again, the parking is the WORST!
