I have had absolutely no issues with this company, they helped me get into these apartments when little to no one else would, they went to bat for me and continue to be helpful and professional. someone is broke or not working--maintenance is on it. I have questions ---office team is very quick to get back to me with answers. parking kind of sucks but they usually are with apartments lol Id recommend these townhouses to anyone.

The Parking is absolutely horrendous!! If you don't get to the apartments before dark Goodluck trying to find a decent parking spot or a parking spot. And of course you can't just park on the side because guess what you will get towed. You have better luck parking in a neighborhood near the apartments then parking in the apartment complex 🙄. I could go on and on about how parking is bad and how it could be fixed but I won't. If you want to live here........think again, the parking is the WORST!

I lived here for two years. The townhome itself is nice for the price, but the whole complex is an absolute NIGHTMARE. It’s almost impossible to find a parking spot at times. The townhomes are 3 bedroom and you only get 2 parking spots. I had two other roommates so our parking spots among us was just first come first serve. There was an evening where I could NOT find a spot so I parked slightly sticking out of a corner that I squeezed myself into. When I went to work the next morning at 5:15am my car was gone because it got ... read more

I was interested in living here, but the management’s communication was extremely poor. I called nearly every day for a week—sometimes multiple times a day—and never got an answer. When they finally replied to a message, we scheduled a self-guided tour. They were supposed to call at the appointed time with the code and unit number, but they never did—then or afterward, and I had driven all the way there and never got a tour. Good communication is essential for any housing complex, and even in my brief experience, this manage... read more

I’m leaving a bad review because we had a bad experience here in the year we lived here. We knew we would only live here for a year and did our best to not make it permanent by adding minimal holes to the walls for pictures and kept it clean. Liberty Asset kept $775 of our deposit to spend $275 on paint. We closed the holes in the walls and left it clean with shampooed carpets and got charged for that too. Also, the neighbor next door misfired a weapon while I was pregnant and said they would give him a warning until they ha... read more
