I used their service for my 2019 California business tax. Everything seemed fine. However they seemed to lack the knowledge of the tax due date which resulted in me receiving a penalty fine from California. When I informed them a month ago about this they told me it’s because I paid the taxes in June (the extended due date). However when I called the California tax board they informed me that the taxes were to be “prepaid” in November of the prior year.
