Had this service for 3 years. 3 weeks ago my trash was not picked up. Considered it a fluke, so I waited till the next week. Next week came, I come home and trash is still there. I then went in to online portal and filed a missed pick up form and waited for a response. I never got one. This week comes and my wife sends me a picture of the trash can still full at noon when our pick up was always before 8 am. Piss poor. After 5 years of service they want us to drag our can 1/8 mile to the top of the hill instead of backing down the road. That was their choice to back up. They can drive down the road and turn around in my driveway. They refuse to pickup our can in front of our house.
