We stayed at the Ranch House at Timber Lodge Ranch in Amity, AR for a family vacation with our adult children. Here's our impression: Poor customer service - The cancellation policy does not align with what is posted on the VRBO listing. If there isn't a way to match the VRBO policy then it shouldn't be listed there. Management company did not respond to my attempt to clarify the discrepancy until after the 48 hour grace period had already passed. Our annual ladies retreat is at Timber Lodge and we love it! They have updated the group cabins to be more private with bathrooms in each room. Private cabins are beautiful with full size kitchen. The grounds are stunning for hiking or other outdoor activities with a lovely lake that offers swimming, canoeing & kayaking. The chapel sits atop a hill where you can see mountains and forest for miles. Each cabin offers wifi but honestly you will want to be outside in all the glorious nature of Timber Lodge.
Amazing private property with lake, playgrounds and forest all around.
This place is like a little Colorado get away tucked in the Ouachita mountains.
