Thought I was getting a good deal but turned out to be dodgy. Don’t trust him.
The whole experience was pleasurable, and advice was generously given. The customer service was exceptional - something I thought does not exist anymore. I have another upcoming project, and will use TDSS again! No hard push sales tactics, just down to earth, genuine honest advice given, with no strings attached.
Dealt with Paul over the phone..messaged with photos of my decking job and was given a quote that was prompt and reasonable. Also given advice on the tooling required. From the first contact with Paul, I was looked after with customer service I didn't think existed anymore! Paul heard my needs and put together a comprehensive list of what I might need, we had great chats about it, he was incredibly encouraging and helpful. Paul was fantastic to deal with. Highly knowledgeable and professional. Great product and advice, everything we needed was delivered to site for us to install our customers composite deck. I will definitely be working with Paul again for any future decking requirements in our landscaping business.
