After being out of the market for a number of years we were very nervous about getting back into it. We consulted Tim and he gave us excellent advice on how to prepare and what to expect. When we initially came to Tim we thought we were months or even years away, but with his guidance we ended up qualifying for a mortgage right away. I’d recommend Tim to anyone looking to purchase a home, he was great and I felt like we could contact him anytime.
