** RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN ** Absolutely appalling service. Nearly all of our communication was through an experienced and well respected buyer's agent, however Sam and Rebecca, the Director were repeatedly rude, condescending and unhelpful to both of us. They provided me with a quote for conveyancing but charged more than double the agreed amount, despite having no legitimate reason to do so.
