My son’s school uses this photographer and we’ve had great pictures but contacting them for anything else is just awful. I have been reaching out since October and no one picks up or responds to emails or voicemails. Finally we get through on the phone but the receptionist is just plain rude. Not sure if she’s the wife or something, but just disgruntled and no acknowledgment that we have reached out. I would rethinking coming here and find somewhere with better customer service.

He is rude, he went to my daycare to take pictures of my kids (i had two)every year i buy the pictures but one day he scream at me because i was trying to calm my baby he was one at the time and i stop buying the pictures because he was being rude and he yelled at me infront of the kids that’s not profesional at all and he use kids pictures from my daycare to promote his business witout parents knowledge

I feel like Tim is an excellent photographer I was very happy with the photos he took of my daughter during her first season of rec softball. His office lady, however was so rude to me when I simply stopped in to pay for additional photos I forgot to originally purchase. I had called the day prior and she just said “I need to pull the paper and call you back”, there was no time frame given.
