Tim and the lending team were fast, knowledgeable and accurate all through the process. The quickness in particular was very helpful in my case. That part of the experience was great. I had trouble persuading the home insurance marketing bot or AI that I already had home insurance. Perhaps it needs to be reprogrammed to understand the word "no."
