Tim is a Great lender. I've been using him for years. His communication skills are awesome. The loan we just closed was a VA loan. Tim is an expert in VA financing. They give Amazing deals to our Hero Veterans!! I highly recommend Tim for all financing options.

I appreciated Tim handling the mortgage process for my buyers. They had a complicated process where we needed to close on their two individual condos in order to close on the home they were purchasing. Tim took so much time and care in making sure that they understood everything and even went in person to have them sign all of their documents. They appreciated all of the attention to details and so do did I! We even managed to close all 3 deals in one day! Thank you so much Tim! We could have not done it without you!
