I purchased my house last year and hired Tim for the closing procedure. Months later I received a $53k bill from the taxation department at the City of Edmonton. Turns out the house had a lien on it and Tim was not able to catch that. Things happen, but his lack of care in this situation is not something I would expect from a professional. Months of stress and legal fees is not something I would have expected from this deal.
Tim has been my lawyer since i moved to Alberta. Very personable and is willing to give me his honest opinion. Thanks Tim, you will see me again
